Fdating is very out of date. It is a site that clearly needs some work on its design. The home page is very straightforward, yet interesting. You can see a text version of interactions with your profile, the newest profiles on the site, and then people who have birthdays today. There is a link to people currently online, which would probably be more useful than birthdays.

We aren’t quite sure if this is the greatest way to outlay a website, and it is not visually pleasing. Though for a free site we can’t complain much.

The profiles on Fdating are very in depth. They have all of the characteristics a potential suitor may be interested in and then it also gives the user a space to include information about themselves and their ideal match. They include social media buttons on the bottom of each profile, while a user may think these can be used to get in contact with another user, it is just used to send a message about Fdating. This seems a little misleading and a bad place to put these. Otherwise the profiles give a great amount of information about each individual.

This could be viewed as a negative or positive aspect, we see this as neutral, but the women are from all over the world. While the majority seem to be in Russian and Ukraine, there are also profiles from Kazakhstan, Morocco, and even Madagascar! So users are not limited to a subset of women!

The advanced search feature is probably the most notable feature of this website. If you are looking for a very specific woman or maybe a less specified woman with a couple noticable qualities, you can find her here. The keyword research and ‘Cupid Tag’ section make it easy to understand exactly what you are looking for. It’s really easy to lose the details of who you were talking to, and for this, RussianCupid has a feature where you can specifically search for a member by their first name. By entering their first name, and a couple other insights about their profile you can find the woman you’ve been searching for in just a couple of seconds. 

The features are pretty general. What you find in their menu is what you could find on pretty much any Russian dating site. The ‘Activity’ tab shows you your information based on your previous actions and interactions. You can find all of the profiles you’ve saved so that you can go back and view at your convenience.

As we went through this, we noted that the most valuable part of this featured tab is the ‘Activity Towards Me’ tab. With this you can see if any of your interests are interested in you too.

There are 3 membership options for Fdating: Standard (Free), Gold, and Platinum. When you create a profile, you will automatically be a part of the standard membership. This is a free membership. We will discuss the other membership levels and corresponding fees in the pricing section of this review.

This is one of the most expensive sites. The payments start at “$11.67”, per month but that only applies if you purchase a 12 month package that must be all purchased in 1 initial payment at $139.99. If you just want to try out a paid version for a month, the prices start at $34.99 per month. You can only purchase in 1, 3, or 6 month packages (& if you choose more than 1 month, you are billed in one payment). 

You can use the free version, but it is extremely limited, the only options you have are browsing profiles and showing people you’re interested.

It’s hard to find specific parameters on this site, though they do have a very in depth privacy policy. The privacy policy goes over how they protect your data, though neglects to acknowledge the actual processes they take to enhance their safety. Though, you aren’t required to enter any credit card information to use the site. They advise you to take caution and use common sense while using this site. 

 Unlike other websites, it doesn’t seem that they let users know about their customer service policies. You have to really search the site if you want to find a way to contact their customer service team. They are located in Australia and have a number for users to call. They do note the time of where they are on their website so that a user will know when they are available to call, so that helps.
